An escape room is an exciting and adventurous game in which participants are “locked” into a themed room with their team. They must solve riddles, puzzles, and clues to complete tasks and find their way out of the room before the time runs out.

We are easily accessible by car, bus and train.
We are a 10 minute walk from West Wickham Station.

We recommend parking in Ravenswood Avenue Car Park (behind Sainsburys) as it is a 1 minute walk from our venue!
Please be aware that payment for this car park is cashless and can only be done via 'RingGo'.

There is also free parking on some of the nearby roads but it can be tricky to find a space!

You should arrive at your allotted time. Please note that if you arrive late, we may not be able to allow the full time for your booking and may need to deduct time off your game.

{Operation: Escape} Escape Rooms are fun for all ages. All teams must have at least one team member that is 16 years old or over. Anyone is welcome to play, however, we wouldn’t recommend this activity for those younger than 7.

If you are booking a children's party, then a staff member will go in the game with the team and therefore an adult is not required to play.

We like to say that our rooms are written for adults but suitable for children e.g nothing inappropriate or scary. Perfect for adult teams of all ages or mixed groups of children and adults!

Pricing is the same for both adult and children team members.

The whole experience will last approximately 90 minutes. You will have a pre game breifing, 60 minutes to complete the game itself and time for a team photo afterwards!
Please arrive at the scheduled time for your booking. Late comers may have time deducted off their game.

None of our games require all team members to to crawl through small spaces and you are never locked in. The lights always stay on once they are lit and there are no live actors or jump scares.

For safety reasons, we don’t allow high heels to be worn in our game. Thank you.

Refunds are not accepted; however, the booking value will have full flexibility to reschedule to future dates or to transfer to a gift card. (Up to 48hrs before your booking or up to 2 weeks before for a party booking)

Only one discount/coupon/etc. can be used per booking.

The door is never locked so you can exit the game at any point. In the event of an emergency, you are responsible for your own health and safety while you are here.
